DELIVERY & RETURNS

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because all products at **Printify Thread** are **custom printed on demand**, returns are limited to cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  •  be unused
  •  be in the same condition you received it
  •  be in the original packaging
  •  include proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the Printify production partner.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

* Custom printed items purchased in the wrong size
* Items with buyer-submitted mistakes (wrong text, wrong personalization, etc.)
* Gift cards
* Downloadable digital items
* Health or personal care items
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Because our products are made-to-order, buyer’s remorse or choosing the wrong size does **not** qualify for a refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in limited situations, such as:

* Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
* Any return requested after 30 days (reviewed case-by-case)

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to post.
3. Contact your bank — there can be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

 1. defective

 2. damaged

 3. printed incorrectly

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are **non-refundable**. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
